To Be or Not To Be

Ok, here's another question.

Say someone came to you and offered you the chance to portray any character, any role, what character would that be?

Oh man. If they ever made a movie of it: Eilonwy in the Book of Three series. So awesome.

As for things that are actually real? Hm. I dunno. I thought I always wanted to be Abigail Williams but I found I liked Mary Warren better :)

Can my answer be: whatever part gets to make out with Johnny Depp/the lead singer of the Killers/Jason Dohring?

I think I would love to play the Glenn close part in Dangerous Liasons! and Id play anything Cate Blanchett plays.

I would play anything with Rusell Crowe(something about those bad boys!)

Lear.

I'd love to attempt Hamlet, but that ship sailed some time ago, I'm afraid.

And Danforth seems like a challenge. Oh, wait. Been there. Done that.

I would love to do more Shakespeare. I'll take anything! Maybe something more in my age range though . . .

I would love to portray the role of Medea from the play "Medea" by Euripedes. It would definitley have to be the Robinson Jeffers Adaptation. She has some good 'blood' lines!

All i can really come up with are roles that might allow me to work under some well respected/admired directors. Would be thrilled to work under any of the following: Martin Scorsese, Christopher Nolan, PT Anderson, Darren Aronofsky, Cohen Brothers or Spielberg.

I'd say that i'd love to play the role of Quint from Jaws, but that's already been done. Of course hollywood has nothing better to do these days than remakes of fairly recent films or make movies out of video games, so Jaws could be on the radar someday.

Horvath in "Tales From Hollywood" by Christopher Hampton. Very hard play to produce, though.

Hmm, tough one. I'd love to become Ang Lee's "go to" man. But enough about romance. DOH! I'd love to work with Kevin Spacey, Sydney Pollack, Meryl Streep, and about a zillion others. And, of course, any part that lets me watch Mouse make out with Johnny Depp.
